Privacy Policy
The short version: Capital City: Remolded has no accounts and no game server. Your save data never leaves your device. The only data that leaves your phone goes to two industry-standard services: Google AdMob (for the optional ads you choose to watch) and Apple/RevenueCat (to process and restore in-app purchases). We never see your name, email, or contacts.
Who we are
Capital City: Remolded ("the App") is developed and published by Porcellus, Inc. ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to wpburgers@gmail.com.
Data we do NOT collect
- No account, registration, name, email address, or phone number.
- No contacts, location, photos, or files from your device.
- Your game progress is stored only on your device and is never uploaded. Deleting the App deletes your save.
- We operate no servers and keep no databases of player information.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. These are always optional — you choose to watch a short video in exchange for an in-game bonus (for example, to double your offline earnings or run a sponsored campaign). You are never required to watch an ad to play. To serve and measure these ads, Google may collect:
- Device identifiers (the Apple advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking when iOS asks), IP address, and coarse device information;
- Ad interaction data (views, taps) for measurement and fraud prevention.
On first launch, iOS will ask whether the App may track you. If you decline — or never get asked — ads still work; they're simply not personalized. In the EEA/UK/Switzerland, a consent form lets you choose between personalized and non-personalized ads, and you can change that choice any time.

Removing ads entirely: the "No Ads + 2× Offline" in-app purchase permanently disables all advertising (and the associated data collection) in the App.
In-app purchases (Apple & RevenueCat)
Purchases are processed by Apple — we never receive your payment details. To unlock what you bought (and restore it on a new device), the App uses RevenueCat, which receives your purchase receipt and a random anonymous identifier. This identifier is not linked to your identity. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising is configured through Google's standard tools, which honor the tracking and consent choices described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Because we hold no player data ourselves, such requests generally concern Google (advertising data) — see Google's My Ad Center — but you can always contact us at wpburgers@gmail.com and we'll help. You can withdraw tracking consent any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes (like adding a new data-collecting service) will be called out in the App's release notes.
